Good Day

I would like to start of by saying I am no longer interested n taking out a new contract with Vodacom as I could not deal with the bad service on a permanent basis.

However I do need to know what your reasoning is behind this problem, I have contacted you numerous times, hopefully this time I will get a response.

I inquired about a new contract. My credit check was approved. I understand you have different credit profiles which allow different phones plans etc. But I was told I qualify for a Z10 or Xperia on smart S which has a call limit (yes I know I can change it) of R1500. Now say I set that call limit to its lowest, I will still pay about R400 a month. This I can afford according to you guys. But what I want is an S3 mini or similar on a top up account (R189/m) under no circumstance can I owe more than R189 to you per month but according to my profile I can't afford this?!? Please tell me how this makes ANY sense?
