Extra Credit given without my concern

Good day

My name is Kgaogelo Jeoffrey Ramolefo and I have an account with Edgars. My Edgars account is almost always up to date with payments. Recently I have encountered an issue with my account, according to Edgars I was given extra credit on my account without my knowlegde.

On my account my credit limit (the limit agreed upon when opening an account) is R1500 and it is a 6 months to pay no interest account. Upon my last/recent payment of R600, I wanted to make a purchase (thinking that I would have R600 credit to use at that time) and I was told I do not have enough credit to make a purchase. When I equired I was told that Edgars had given me an extra credit of approximatley R700-R800 of which I have never asked for and I was also told that it had to be paid up within 30 days otherwise it will build interest.

I cannot afford to pay for the credit that I didn't ask for. I can only maitain a credit limit of R1500 and nothing more.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated
