Vodacom package migration delayed/not switching

Good Day,

I have completed a cellphone upgrade in store and at the same time changing my package to a top up500. On the 27th October i went in store to complete this and was advised that from the 1st of November that the new package will be effective. This has not happened, on the 1st of Nov i did a balance check and it reflected no airtime. I then went to my nearest vodacacom shop where the manager advised that there had been a delay with package migrations for this month and that on the 2nd of Nov everything should be sorted.
This morning i received an sms mentioning that the package has now been migrated but still i am not able to call out etc.

This is really becoming disruptive as i cannot use my phone at all, i then decided to call my branch where i took out the phone and the lady advised it will take 24 to 28 hours...

can someone please sort this out immediately... as i am unable to make any calls...
