BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

Yet again has TELKOM failed to do my line/adsl installation. I receive sms's from them stating date of installation and they dont fulfill their promises. I make arrangements to stay at home a whole Saturday and wait for them. No one will phone or atleast send me a message to say they wont make it. It has been days that i am waiting for my installation to take place. This is bad bad service from TELKOM, you speak to managers and they promise to sort out my problem, but still nothing has been done. What must i do just for my installation to take place???
