I upgraded with Virgin Moile. Received my Samsung Mini S4, without Sim Card. Requested over and over for sim card to be sent to me. Every customer care employee that I talk to, will get back to me, with no response. I have to phone over and over. Testing of new phone are 7 days after receiving of phone. No sim... no testing of phone. Very bad service. The sim card was supposed to be included. No after care service. I expect a sim card within the next two days. Last customer care persons- 21 Nov - Kabelo and 22 Nov - Dineo. Ref number 3477263.
