"Sorry, your SIM card is blocked to use charged services. Please call our Customer care on 123 from another phone to un block your SIM card."

The debit order to pay this account was presented to my bank on 1 June and it was honoured, yet I have no use of my phone. Virgin Mobile is not on my list of favourite people at this time.

I would be interested to know whether I could move my account to another service provider!!!
