Cell C once again disappoints

I have previously complained to Cell C regarding their network coverage and my new iPhone 5 reception. After not receiving any satisfactory resolution/response, I went to the customer care center in Tygervalley. After inspection and testing, my phone failed some software tests and the phone needs to be sent away to the repair center. When the phone was sent away, I signed the job card (TRC002794) which specified the only damage to the phone was some minor scratches. After a week I received an sms from Cell C stating that a quote of -R2600 has been raised for the repair of my phone (still under warranty). Knowing that the phone was still under warranty I immediately went in to the customer care center and Michelle assured me the quote will be waivered. A few days later (after receiving no feedback from Anton and Michelle at the customer care center) I was told by the call center that the quote needs to be settled for the phone to be repaired and that the phone was bent. This was not the case when it was sent away as stated on the signed job card. It is unacceptable that I need to pay for physical damage which was not reported on the job card and the phone is still under warranty.
