Vodacom

I got a call from Game stores saying that a suspicious looking man tried to upgrade on my account, I immediately called Vodacom to inform them not to go ahead with any upgrades on my account. A week later the same thing happened and I went to Vodaworld to ask them to put a note on their system saying "suspected ". A few days later a upgrade was done on my account besides my attempts to inform alert them. I have called them over 20 times and every time I call they say they are still investigating and no one ever calls me back with feedback. It's been two months now and still no feedback. The worst part is the upgrade was done in KZN on the day I went to Vodaworld to report the matter.
