I Have been having adsl outages for about 2 months now. After reporting the fault on various occasions the technicians would fix the fault, but a few days later the service goes down again. I Have tried escalating the fault on numerous occasions, but to no avail. They just patch it for a few days and i am back to: "Have you tried turning your modem off for a few minutes" Ont technician told me it was my cordless phone causing the problem, so i unplugged my home phone, but the problem still persists. I Was told by one of the callcenter people that they cannot solve between 30 to 40 percent of faults??? Really?? How can you sell a product that does not work?!?! Lets see if anything happens if Telkom reads this post.
