Hi,

I've been trying to reset my password on your billing site via the call centre in order to ensure that the billing for this month is correct. I keep receiving the same invoices over and over via email for the same amount.

I just want the password changed, that's all. I just want to understand why its been split in two, and ensure the billing for my upgrade only goes off at the end of December for the new package.
