I WANT A CALL FROM BLANCHE AND NOT THAPELO!

So I have finally received the call from Thapelo and he was as as. He kept telling me that I've had my chance to speak and for me not to speak over him. He keeps going around in circles and cannot tell me how he is going to resolve my issue for me. I put the phone down in his ear as I could see I was not getting anywhere with him. PLEASE SOMEONE FROM CELL C who is competent enough, call me and resolve this issue for me.
