DQ Tracker - Point of Interest Not Working

Dear Discovery,
Yet again, you disspoint me with your services.
3 phone calls and 1 email later and still no action.

I reported that my POI (Point of Interest) on the DQ Tracker wasn't working on Monday with Neo. He phoned CTRACK to reset it and sent me a document, which I've told him I've already read on the internet. He said to give it 15 min and I tried the next day again. And on Tuesday it still wasn't working. On Wednesday, it still didn't work and I Spoke to Simon. He said that it will be resolved by the end of the day. It is now Friday and after my 3rd phone call (with Neo) I'm told I'll get feedback this afternoon.
I am tired of Feedback, because they just say "they're working on it" and there is no action. Apprently there is also no managers available to speak to - because it is Friday no one do any work?

Discovery simply likes to make life stressful, I feel that there is no action being taken to get this issue resolved by the end of today. I require the data for this weekend, which is why I've been phoning since Monday and chasing to get this issues resolved. And all I get is, I'll give you feedback this afternoon. But I dont get any action.
