I regrettably cannot endure the nonchalant horrible service art your MTN Mimosa branch any longer.

The latest incident happened on 29 October 2013 when I tried to pay my subscription in store as somehow for a puzzling reason that no-one can explain to me my credit card payments are being rejected by the bank. The bank assured me that there is nothing wrong from their side, notwithstanding, as I was trying to pay my account in store last month one of the consultants in store could not find my details on the system and impassively turned me away without accepting my payment.

Now yesterday 29 October 2013, again I went to your store waiting for more then a half an hour for someone to help me whilst a man was sitting at one of the workstations appearing to be busy, to my shock after the same person that could not help me the previous month was done with the customer he was helping at the time then went to the man who was sitting at the back and they started to have some meaningless small talk. At my request for some assistance Palesa came from the back to assist me. At first she too could not find my details, however after some effort she found suc
