CNA do not care about coustomer service

This is not the first time this happened to me at CNA. Yesterday I went to CNA Menlyn to buy a fitness DVD that was shown on their website. When I got there, there was only about 3 to 4 dvd on fitness in the whole store. When I approaced a person working there (no one offered any assistance), they could not find the item on their system. The lady really was not interested in helping me. I just wanted to find out which branch does carry the item shown on their website. The whole experience was awefull. It happens all the time when I go to CNA no one wants to offer assistance or help you find anything and a lot of time the books or dvd is not in store and it is to much of an affort to try and help someone to locate it at another store. At the end I bought my DVD at Top CD next to CNA. I wonder how many customers they loose like this. I am not a fan of CNA at all..
