Last week I applied for a store card through Woolworths. I went to the store in the CBD (george) to find out what the delay is with feedback on whether my application has been approved or not. The could not egt through to head office, so I went through to the branch at the mall. The consultant from Head Office advised me that I need to send through a copy of my marriage certificate (they have shared details on my maiden surname) and a copy of my ID, which my husband did. i am shocke to learn that they can't find my application, so I called the branch and spoke to the manager Brian, who was so rude and just the most respectful manager I have come across. Instead of helping me, he started arguing with me, disputing the processes and details I am calling about. I do not know the processeds to follow at Woolworths and they should know this - I am a potential client and I am seriously rethinking applying at this store. I am so angry that this mamager thinks he can talk to me like this. Still my problem has not been resolved and I am mortified that this is the service I will be getting - they are giving my husband and I the absolute run-around and I really do not appreciate this treatment
