I bought a leather jacket from Woolworths Sandton on Tuesday 15 October, went home and then discovered that the security tag was still attached to my jacket because it did not activate the sensors at the door. I was livid because I'd have to find time to return to the store to have it removed.

I sent a complaint to them via their website the same day (I know they don't respond on Hellopeter). The site said they will reply in 24 hours and the automated email response said they would reply within 48 hours.By Friday 18 October I had not heard from anyone and had sent a second complaint, again I received an automated email. Another 48 hours passed and I couldn't wait for their response anymore because they clearly don't care about their customers so I found time out of my busy schedule to go to the store on Tuesday 22 October to have the tag removed.

Mohamed from the Sandton store phoned me on Wednesday 23 October in the afternoon, explained that he did not receive my complaint and asked when did I send it (?!), and offered for a driver to come out with the device to remove the tag. Getting the driver to come out is the rIght idea BUT A WHOLE WEEK TOO LATE!
