OVERBILLED, WONT REFUND MY MONEY

MTN contacted me in October regarding an upgrade for my 2 phones. I was promised that there would be no charge for the upgrade and my phones would be delivered the next day. Well after numerous calls to MTN they finally arrived 2 weeks later.
Lo and behold!!! My debit order goes through on 31.10.2013 for R812.95 instead of _ R289.00

After MORE frustrating calls I'm told that I have been charged 5 TIMES FOR UPGRADES

Now MTN refuse to refund me and tell me they will credit my account (only for 2 charges at the moment - others to follow???)

I need my money in my BANK RIGHT NOW PLEASE

I WILL BE POSTING A COMPLAINT ON Hello Peter as soon as this message have been sent and I will be cancelling my debit order. In future you can send me a statement and I will make a manual payment.
