Upgrade done at SOUTHGATE branch on the 22/10/2013, including a SIM swop due to the latest mode BLACKBERRY Q10 phone. This upgrade included 2 phones 1 for myself and 1 for my husband who is the account holder. My husband is a paraplegic and needs to be in contact at all times due to medical conditions. Well, 1st day our NIGHTMARE started after charging our phones for 8 hours as instructed by the salesperson who in know as CALLIE. After inserting the new SIMS into the new phones we received an error message saying "SIM CARD IN NOT CONNECTION PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER". This was immediately communicated to CALLIE. After numerous calls to VODACOM call centre who does not provide a reference number for calls to the call centre. Numerous calls to CALLIE however this matter is still NOT resolved. To top it all CALLIE has now stopped taking my calls!!! This has now been 7 weeks with absolutely NO results!!! In the meantime religiously the debit order is deducted from our bank account for phones without NETWORK connection and which we CANNOT use.

VODACOM is incompetent to resolve this matter and this is leaving us very, very hi rated and FRUS
