Nashua Mobile Double charges and calls it Fair!

We had a debit order with my wife's contract for Nashua Mobile. However on July they took the payment only on the 3rd of July and the debit was returned unpaid. Fair enough w paid the bank the bank charges for the returned debit. We then made a manual payment to Nashua mobile the very next day and we've since been paying via eft the amount of R149 which is the contracted amount for her top-up contract.

Since the start of October we have been receiving sms's from Nashua Mobile stating the account is in arrears and we sent them proof of payment for October showing we made payment on the 1st. I called their call center how transferred me to their credit dept who said that they were charged for the failed debit order R73 and they passing this charge onto us. I explained that we already paid the bank for a failed debit order and they cant charge us again for a debit order that failed. This is like swiping for something at the shop and the transaction not going through then using a different card and then the shop also want to charge you for you item you buying plus R73 extra for the first swipe failing to go through which is ridiculous!!! Now they went and blocked my wife's number!!!
