Charged for an upaid debit with sufficient balance

Nedbank has done it again and again.

1. A debit order for Bon Subs of R615 was returned on the 3rd Feb and i was charged R120 on the 4th when I had sufficient money to pay that debit order. I referred my query to their Help line and my query has not been resolved. Nedbank must pay Bonitas that money and refund me for the charges that were erronuosly charged.

2. If i visit the bank and i go to enquiries and a person i deal with print the statement I get charged for that statement even when i did not request that statement and i was also not given that statement. Again helpline could not help I was told to drive to Polokwane from Pretoria to go and query it. Investigate this over the counter withdrawals that I cannot pay for if i did not ask for a statement.

3. There was a time when i lodged a complaint i was promised a refund of R90.00 to date it was not even debited into my account. Refund me Nedbank I am getting tired of complaining good people as I am not going to leave this bank any time soon.
