Went into 8ta on the 15 October to cancel my contract which is due to expire on the 19 Novemeber. Was assured that all was in order and that I would be able to port my number come the 19th of November. Went again on Sunday to ensure that everything is still in order and was once again reassured that all was in order and that they would call again on Monday to confirm. I was not contacted on Monday and had to go into the store again to find out what was happening and was then informed that the porcess would only happen at the end of the month. I phoned customer care and was also told that I will have to wait till the end of the month to do this. This was never communicated to me. According to my contract it clearly states that it expires on the 19th. Fix this ASAP. All my dealings with 8ta this far have left me very disapointed! Let this not happen again!
