Vodacom
Problem

My problem is unknown to all at vodacom.
Firstly, the technical guy i spoke to for a few days was very efficient and friendly.

My problem is that i keep getting sms's saying i have missed calls. Calls go straight to voicemail, even though i have full signal..
This happens almost every Day! At any time, in any area.
Apparently Vodacom cannot see anything wrong on their side.
Surely they can see the amount of messages i am receiving saying you have missed calls.
The problem is not my Samsung s3 handset or the micro sim as this started when i had a blackberry and normal sim card.
So what now? I am paying full price for half a service.
Do i port to another service provider? As it seems to be the only solution.
