Connection not working

My 8ta connection used to be great. Had great speeds at any time. Recently it got worse. For the past three weeks my internet has become a disaster. I now have to use Vodacom 3G instead (But I don't have much data on vodacom, I had this contract before I signed up for 8ta). Vodacom works fine.

Tonight was the last straw. Websites just don't connect, and software tells me I need an internet connection but don't have one. I tried to download a kindle book (couldn't have been a big file at all) and I was told I couldn't. A bunch of websites simply don't load no matter how many times I press refresh, but when I use Vodacom 3G they load fine, so I know it isn't my browser/computer.

Basically, my connection is not working. Sometimes it works, but the downtime is getting progressively longer and longer.

Please would somebody from 8ta look into this urgently. If this continues, I would like to have my contract cancelled and I will stick with Vodacom.
