18 Months ago, Vodacom sent me a final demand without any prior warning, that i have an outstanding account with them and threatened to blacklist me if i don't pay. This happened months after I informed them via e mail and fax, of my old business closing and requested they change my bank details to my new account and transfer all my accounts to my new business name.
When i inquired about it, i paid the outstanding amount in full immediately and followed up with them to ensure the matter is closed and complete. To my surprise, 18 months later, I receive another final demand on the exact same account which has been closed and completed 18 months ago. Once again treating to blacklist my name and claim legal costs if i do not pay.
What kind of discussing service is this. VODACOM IS INCAPABLE OF PROVIDING A SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS. There attitude is simply: WHY PAY AN EMPLOYEE A SALARY OR TRAIN OUR STAFF TO DO THEIR JOB, WHEN YOU CAN THREATEN YOUR CUSTOMERS TO DO THE JOB FOR YOU FOR FREE?
I've spent hours of my precious time and money to solve this matter over the past 18 months.
