I have logged numerous disputes with vodacom regarding my account and depit order details without any success, as well as numerous disputes regarding my data use and the poor service I received from the call centre (unable to load new data bundle, quoting me the wrong amount on a bundle, charging me out of bundle rates while I still have data on my bundle left etc).

I have been given the run around for almost a month now, promises of call backs and resolutions, none of which happened, vodacom customers are treated so so poorly, and it seems nobody give a!!
