Incorrect Billing, vs advertised price

I went in on the 1st of March 2013, and took out an Mtn TopUp 200 contract for the Samsung Galaxy S3. The Brochure released the same day, with prices valid from the 1st of March onward, indicated the the price was R369 pm, inclusive of the usual itemised billing etc. On the system, upon applying for the contract, it was registered at the old price of R389, and I was assured by the assistant, Jackie, that the system was not updated and should I be charged the price of R369 I should come in and forms would be resubmitted with the correct price and I would be credited for the errors. I did so in May/June of this year, signed new forms with updated information and the nature of the correction but am still being charged R389 instead of the advertised R369. No corrections were made by the billing dept. and I will not be able to go to the store mentioned for the next two months, as I am away from the province. I am disappointed with the service from Mtn as this is the third time I have received such poor service, and I was sincerely hoping the service would have improved. I would appreciate if this query could be expedited.
