VMSA is pathetic seriously, 3 months now I have been fighting with VMSA for deducting monthly installments after my cell phone contract has been CANCELLED IN JULY. Only to find out that VMSA did not process the request for the number to be transferred to pre-paid, now is that an error on my side or VMSA???

I have phoned on numerous occasions to be told different stories each time, then asking for a manager to assist but to no avail, I get sent around the call center to numerous personnel. The head office number is not a number for head office but yet another number to be sent through a call center which is unacceptable. I have references that I had cancelled my contract on time. So the staff in accounts are so incompetent and do not check the systems to see that my contract would have or had been cancelled but yet they still deduct from my account?

Whoever is replying to me better have facts before responding because I am fed up with this. If this is not sorted out by close of business today I will be taking legal actions as VMSA is in breach of contract and you are from me, and may I remind you all calls are recorded so I have the proof.
