Billed almost double for data

My subs for 250mb of data on my line, I'm currently billed at R99.00. Reviewing all contracts, I came to realise the amount i should pay is R59.00 - 500 mb is selling at R99.

This is going as far back as Nov. 2012 (so more than 12 months), and I'm waiting for statements to verify May 2012 - Nov. 2012.

I want a FULL refund on this, from inception.
