I cannot count the amount of times my line has been down this year. In the latest problem I was told that the problem was my modem and it must be replaced. After doing this I was told the modem is fine, but now the line is down. That was over a week ago. A technician came to fix my line - it worked when he left, but when I got home from work it wasn't working again! I have reported that fault numerous times, yet still the problem remains. Telkom Never gets back to you when they say they will. Will you even bother to respond to this? I need this to be fixed once and for all. I have never had such service!
