Insurance is pointless to have!

I took an iPhone 5 16gb out on contract through mtn and got insurance for it which was a 24 hour mobility insurance and on friday the 15th November 2013 my car was broken into via remote jamming (I'm sure thats what happened) because my phone was in my car and i walked away locking the car with central locking and when i came back later on the car door was unlocked and all that was missing was my phone. i reported the incident to the police and followed the necessary procedures and informed the insurance company about the and told them what happened and faxed them all my documentation, i then received a call from a lady at the insurance company who told me that they do no cover that type of nor does any insurance company. my step mom then tried phone them and they were rude to her! i am disgusted by this because they are quick to sign you up but give stories when its time to pay. my email address is [Email Removed]
