FAILURE TO PAY OUT A CLAIM

On the 17th of August 2013 I contacted my service provider to block my phone, I then went to the police station to report my phone which was thereafter I went to Edgars Festival Mall where I had initially bought and took up insurance for my phone.
The consultant at the cellphone department then faxed my documents to Finrite Insurance. I got a response on the 21st of August 2013 stating that Finrite did not cover my phone and then this morning I have been faxing and emailing a copy of the insurance contract that I had taken up with Finrite and when I call they claim that they cannot see my email. I have taken up insurance for 3 phones on my account and when I give them the IMEI number of the phone which was they say they cannot see it on their records. That phone was important to my business and now I am having to miss important phone calls for the lack of proper management within FINRITE. I am totally dissatisfied with this company's service! Now I am having to spend more money calling and faxing whereas I just want a phone!
