Stinking attitude from a consultant in clearwate

Khanyi a consultant in Clearwater mtn is very rude, unprofessional and has NO CLIENT CARE SERVICE. As a concerned client went to mtn sp on Friday (12.07.13) to enquire about insurance on my phone that I applied for the very same day I was signing for my contract. I was told by Gladness that the insurance company consultant was gonna contact me of which it never happened. When I went back to mtn to enquire Khanyi was very rude and gave me a bad attitude even told me to go home because I dnt need to be there just to enquire about insurance.
Gladness said application forms were faxed to insurance company but when the company was phoned they have never received any forms so I had to apply again after being treated badly by Khanyi.
