VERY POOR DATA SPEEDS!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

This is the second complaint I am logging in on for this problem... Dont know what else to do as no one from Cell C is responding or helping!!!

I have been having network related problems with my data modem since March 2013. After various attempts to get help, no one has been able to assist, I keep getting told that the technicians are busy with the request.

I have written on... After a response, there has no successful feedback or help!!

I have even given my GPS coordinates, but still no help!!!

I have been struggling with Cell C for over 5 months now!! Very unhappy with the service and the coverage I have been receiving!!! Will definitely not be recommending Cell C to anyone!!!

I FEEL IT IS UNFAIR FOR ME TO BE PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING!!! I REQUEST COMPENSATION FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY!!! PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO WHOEVER NEEDS TO RECEIVE IT, AS I AM NOT PREPARED TO CONTINUE PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING!!!
