SAME FAULT LOGGED 6 TIMES, STILL BROKEN

Over the past 3 weeks I have logged exactly the same service fault 6 times 3 of which have been escalated (What ever that means). Each time I speak to a call centre agent who promises me nothing more than logging my fault. Each time I ask what;s going to be different this time round, I'm told that I mustn't worry, it will be fixes. On the previous three occasions I've asked for the call log to be escalated which I'm being told has been done. On all six occasions, I get a test message from Telkom telling me that the service has been restored only to find out that they have done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. No one ever comes to my house, no one ever calls to see what can be done, no one ever checks to see if the fault that I've logged 6 times is resolved. I cannot speak to the technician and the call centre are as useless as anything. I'm getting seriously irritated and no one is willing to get my problem fixed.

Here's hoping for another service provider to give Telkom some much needed competition. Maybe when they start losing customers they'll begin to start caring for the ones that are left.
