Vodacom doesn't care about retaining customers

I have been with Vodacom since I was 14. I now want to upgrade to the iPhone 5S, but Vodacom is just not competitive enough. After looking at a comparison between suppliers on [URL Removed] and bringing this to Vodacom's attention, they are still prepared to rather lose clients than to try and offer a better deal. Sad that one becomes just a number in the greater scheme of things.
