Phone software problem, repair reports damage!

My daughter's phone had software problems with her blackberry, she took it in on 30 Oct 2013, job number 9327949, reported fault: "When the client load airtime it just disappear".

For the record, the phone was in working condition, she was using the phone on daily bases. Yesterday we went to check on the phone as it has been over 20 days instead of 3 days initially promised, only to find out that the screen is cracked and we have to pay R5, 147.75.

What I don't understand is how come this company is blindly ripping people off, they damage your item and charge you for it, somebody must put a stop to this day light.

My daughter is going with a school trip to Natal, I can't let her go without a phone, I m requesting HelloPeter to reach deep within the company to resolve this issue.
