Why do i have two contracts with you, VODACOM???

Some time in sept i was robbed ; not only was i stuffed outa a phone due to a mere technicality; i decided to take out a 2nd contract with vodacom..this was in Mid Oct- Samsung S4 mini.

I got a call Monday (18 Nov), telling me that my account is in arrears and now it has been suspended.

I called the service number ; spoke to an agent, after being put on hold for what semed liek forever and deliberating with her supervisor she couldnt even trace where the amount comes from and sadi they will call me back - am still waiting;and yet the service is blocked.

and an email in my inbox of amounts i have no clue what they are on about - stating account number: I3234682-8

Now since this week I have been phone-less - fancy service-less ;nothing nje... just a pretty phone with absolutely nothing.

Help me understand why I still have two contracts with you guys
