Still terrible service after complaint

To whom it may concern,

I logged a complaint on the 14th November 2013 regarding terrible service and late delivery on my line installation. The following day I received a call from a lady at telkom.

She informed me that she is calling regarding the hellopeter complaint I submitted. The installation was then rescheduled for the 20th November 2013 and the lady assured me that my line WILL be installed on the agreed date and that she is in charge of the case and will ensure the work gets done.

Once again arrangements were made and my partner took a days leave from work for the 20th Nov in order to be there when the technician arrives at our home. She was waiting from 06:00 this morning.By 11:00 she decided to phone the call centre again to confirm that they are coming for the installation.

The operator then informed her that the technicians were already at our home. She has been waiting for hours and they want to utterly about being at our home.

After which the operator told her it is not their responsibility to inform us if they are going to pitch up to do the installation or not. This is absolutely pathetic service from telkom!!
