Good day

My name in Nhlanhla Thomas I was sent an email by Nthobizodwa Moshanyana concerning where I should make payment for the repairs to my phone. She gave me account number 4063304150, I made the payment on the 14th of this month. I was later told that by the repairs department that, the account number I was given belong to accounts. I then spoke to Sidwell who I told my problem to and then he asked me to fax my proof of payment which I did so that he could reverse the account and now I'm being told that he transferred the money into some other clients account number. I'm really not receiving joy from Mtn insurance department, it's now the 20th and I still don't have my device.
