I tried to make a payment in full into my Revolving credit account but keep getting an error. I tried calling the online banking help desk but was told to contact the revolving credit department and was given the number, 0875750090. I called and was told that it's the wrong department and given another number, 0860362002, again wrong department. Given another number, 0860112011, AGAIN WRONG DEPARTMENT!!! They want to give me ANOTHER number.
What is wrong with these? I want to make payment because I'm getting charged interest on an account to which I have the money to pay but they are making it so difficult for me. For a Platinum account holder this is pathetic service.
