SERVICE AT ITS WORST

MY ADDRESS AT WHICH I HAVE LIVED FOR THE LAST 13 YEARS IS WRONG, WHEN I PURCHASED THIS PROPERTY AND THE PHONE LINE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NAME WAS NOT DONE (I AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER WENT TO THE TELKOM OFFICE TOGETHER AND FILLED OUT ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND GUESS WHAT LATER I DISCOVERED THIS WAS NOT DONE) I WAS THEN TOLD TO GET AN AFFIDAVIT DUE TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAVING PASSED ON AND MY DETAILS WILL BE SHOWN AS C/O, NOW I CANT REPORT A FAULT COS THE LINE DOES NOT WORK - AS THE ADDRESS IN WRONG AND THE OWNER IS LATE. I REQUESTED THAT THE LINE BE CANCELLED AS THIS CALL HAS TAKEN MORE THAT 30 MINUTES AND WAS TOLD NO - I MUST CALL ANOTHER NUMBER OR CAN BE TRANSFERRED. AFTER 30 MINUTES I HOLD ON FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND THEN GET THE PHONE SLAMMED IN MY EAR - THIS CAN ONLY HAPPEN FROM A INCOMPENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND THE COMPANY DOES NOTHING TO IMPROVE SERVICE DELIVERY
