IPhone 5s pre orde

I pre ordered an iPhone 5s on 08/11/13 which was the first day that pre ordering was available. As I understood this would guarantee an iPhone 5s within the first week of launch. I am now being informed that the phone is still on back order and will possibly only be available next week.

I am very disappointed with this advertising. I could have stood in a queue on Friday morning and I would have had my phone now but instead I chose to go with the pre order which has not turned out to be what it promised.
