Non delivery of ordered handset

2 weeks ago I decided to switch to cell c as my contract with vodacom has come to an end. I called the contracts call centre and ordered a white iPhone 5 16gb on straight up 100. I was going to be out of the country the following week (last week) so we arranged for the handset to be delivered to my work on Tuesday 11 June. The consultant told me she would phone me one day prior to delivery (monday) to confirm. Monday came and went with no contact so on tuesday morning I called to confirm delivery for that day. I was told that according to your systems my application had been cancelled as I was out of the country (an event I specifically planned around). I have had absolutely no communication to me confirming cancellation and I certainly did not cancel the application. I have been told twice that the originating consultant would call me back to no avail. I also logged a request yesterday to have a consultant call me as I have now spent R150 in airtime on the phone to the call centre and have received absolitely no feedback as to when I can expect my handset to be delivered. If this is what the service is like, I am tempted to not even switch to cell c.
