No network for 3 consecutive days, misinformed!!!

On Monday 18 November I purchased BIS for my Blackberry and the R59.00 was withdrawn from my account. Since then have no BIS, no network, cannot make calls or internet access. It Wednesday now and I still have no network or BIS.I called the call centre, in which Martha the agent said MTN is experiencing network problem, yet im the only person who has this problem. I called again today (20th) and spoke to Kem, who sent an sms on how to fix the problem, yet its not fixed. I replied to the sms, and was charged R25.00 for the sms, in which I called the 3th time, and the guy I spoke to said, I shouldn't have replied, yet its not written anywhere and was never said that I should. He said I cannot make calls because I have no airtime, which is nonsense, then again he said my airtime will be refunded today, yet to see that.

He blabbered on about nothing then said I should call the helpdesk, which I did. Bonolo assisted me and said he sent a request for my line to be connected, and should be fine during the course of the day. Im waiting for it to be connected, but I have lost all faith in MTN and its agents. It seems like information is given on their assumptions and not facts. RIDICULIOUS!!
