I reported a faulty adsl line. I use a telkom modem connected wirelessly. Eventually I fixed this myself after hanging up on the consultant who never had a clue of what to do. Now I have been without phone or internet for 4 days. All you guys want is my reference number! For heavens sake fix it, I pay on time every month!
