The worst experience ever!!

Good day,

I recently decided to transfer my account form my dad's name to my name (transfer of ownership). This took Autopage more than a month to complete. Once this was done, I did not receive my GB data that was promised, so I called headoffice and after numerous calls eventually got this sorted.

I then had to change my banking details to FNB. This was done and they managed to debit my bank account correctly the first month, and this month decided to go and debit my OLD bank account. I called Headoffice and the excuse was that I never sent them my new FNB banking details (wonder how they managed to debit succesfully the previous month).

Another thing, the contract I signed was for R399 pm, but my bill is way more than that, and I do not use any additional services/minutes/data/sms's. If you take out the exact same contract at CellC/Vodacom/MTN, you ONLY PAY R399, not R500 . This is nowhere stated in the contract!!??

I am HIGHLY unimpressed with the HORRIBLE service I receive from Autopage and will not recommend it to ANYBODY.
