SIM SWAP HASN'T BEEN DONE AFTER 4 DAYS

I"ve been waiting for MTN Northgate branch for 4 days now to do a swim swap that I paid R139 for but it still hasn't been done. Puleng and her manager from the north gate branch said they've escalated the matter but now every time I call to find out what's happening they hangup their phones when they realise that its me.
