HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A SIM SWAP

Well apparently a sim swap takes 8 days and counting. I did a sim swap on the 28 April 2013 at Gateway Shopping Mall and to this day my number is still not active, I went back to the store the very next day to find out what was happening, Regina informed me they are have problems with the sim card and the next day it will be active. I have called that store everyday from the time I initially did the sim swap and spoke to Shamal, Regina and Lionel 8 days later im still waiting...? I have called Autopage Headoffice 6 time and still waiting...? I am beyond angry! there are no words to describe this service anymore! I am taking to social media next to imform everyone why they should not ever think about Autopage has a service provider for anything!!!
