SIM Swap can't get to work - second time

I unfortunately had to use Nashua Mobile because of a corporate account. Tis is now the second incident that they just can't get right and offer no solution but just wait.

I need a SIM swap. When processing the paperwork, the clerk received an error. It's on his side so the SIM swap has never been registered. Apparently employees can only send emails to receive assistance and are supposed to get a 2 hour turnaround time for a response to errors. So this hasn't happened and every time I call to escalate no one can help me. The first incident took 5 days to fix. Am I really going to have to wait just so you can do a SIM swap that everyone else can do in a few minutes?

I WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!
