Shocking service

After purchasing a galaxy S4 you would think you would get some service when you have to take it back because it is faulty! They say sorry for you they do not have any loan phones. Not even help with a sim swap so I can at least use my old phone!!! So now after waiting for 6 days (they promised max 5 days but should not take more than 2 to 3 days) no one knows what is happening!! They will call me. Ya right like they promised after the first two days. I am still waiting. Oh and dont try phone them. They do not answer their phones at all! So now I have to go out of my way everyday to stop in there to see what is happening. Nothing is happening. Can someone tell me what is??? Is this how vodacom treats their customers??
